I think Josh can have a couple of seasons of .270 30hr, best case scenario. I can see Pujols having one more good year possibly. We just have to hope everything lines up next year because after that this team is going to sink, if the window hasn't closed already. Were paying premium $$$ for average (at best) production. Then even if all these things fall into place how are we going to compete with Oak and Texas. They own us right now, even the Astros dominate us. Realistically were probably the third place team in the division if things go as they should. If things really fall into place we may have a chance at the wild card next year. I can't see us passing Texas for at least 2 years. And by that time AP, JH, and CJ and Weaver will be breaking down at various levels.

May as well pull for the Rangers too.

Sign him up 4 years $40 million. That contract would be better than some of our recent signings. We are do done. Not just this year but at least the next 3 years. Rangers are way better than us, Oakland is better and younger, Seattle is passing us up, and its possible we could finish last in the division within the next 3 years.

Hard to believe its a possibility with this roster. Harder to believe we've got YEARS of bad contracts ahead of us.

Looks like we could lose 100. We could be 30 games back at seasons end. We are the real life Indians from Major League except we never turn it around. And worst of all Texas keeps on kicking our butts all over the place. We will even beat them again this season? Even the DisAstros own us. Never mind the fact Pujols makes more than their whole roster. We can't pitch, hit, or catch and many of our players are going to decline in the years to come. Pujols returning to form is a pipe dream and Texas milked all the production out of Hamilton and now he's done. We've got Trout and Weaver and that's it. And Weavers falling apart.

We're terrible. Fire everybody. If only Pujols would retire. And we would have never signed Rangers cast offs. And we borrowed that time machine from back to the future. In fact we could just go back to 1985 and start all over except for 2002. And don't look now but the Rangers are almost 20 games ahead of us. 20 games!
