i use google voice to transcribe voice mails for me - i get an email and a txt. its great.

works on my normal # too.

 

note iphone users can txt between each other for free via iMessage. 

goes over wifi too, you dont even need a cell contract.

I've used that feature quite a bit on my iPhone. The text will show on all devices set to the same ID.

Dipoto needs to find more sticky type poo to throw at the wall instead of these buckets of diarrhea he's been getting.

The philosophy of this team for years was to develop up the middle - pitching and middle infielders. Now through trades all the middle infielders and pitching prospects are gone. A trade of Aybar or Kendrick would net some good talent, but at this point there is no one to replace them with.

We used to complain that Stoneman held on to prospects for dear life, but I would rather have that than a bunch of non performing, high priced free agents here.

The philosophy is extremely simple, build a strong core, trade or sign the other pieces you need. Play to your park, where half your games are played. For Angel Stadium that means more pitching and defense. A strong minor league system is essential.

So I see this as a fail on Dipoto's part.

Still bummed that Blanton was pulled from the rotation. This Richards guy resembles a MLB pitcher too much.

The pitchers need to do a better job with runners on. For the homegrown pitchers, that's the organization's fault.

This place will be so goddamn awful the rest of the year. I can't even imagine what this place would be like if the Angels went into full blown rebuild. I'm sure most would say that they would prefer to rebuild than deal with this, but my guess is there would still be an entire front page of bitching and complaining. True. For us old time fans, there were a lot of years like this. We got spoiled with the years 2002 - 2009. What we see now is true Angels baseball.
