My ire is really directed at that idiot Cezero who does nothing but bad mouths the team and completely disregards that they have been playing pretty good baseball this season.

The M's are atrocious, so the Halos need not worry about them being in there for the division at the end.  

 

Of course, unless the Halos get some pitching, they won't be either.

2 from Detroit, 1 from NYY and now we swept Atlanta ... moving onto struggling Tampa Bay.

But I thought the Mariners were supposed to be some terrible team and not supposed to beat such high caliber teams as the Angels!

I am perfectly serious in my hatred of the M's.  Haven't watched an M's game since the 2nd week of April.  The front office is a joke with no interest in ever trying to articulate a winning team.  

 

I keep track of some of the kids through statistics and twitter feeds because I hope they get to real teams someday.  

I don't believe in luck or magic or karma or any of that horseshit, and what I say has a 0% effect on any game in any sport. 

You realize the M's are at .500 right now and have played some good baseball ... mixed with bad baseball. You're not really an M's fan anyway though ... we already knew that.

Cano hit a HR against the Rangers, that's only his second HR of the season, he's on pace for less than 10 HR this year.

He has been on fire as of late. I expect his power numbers to surge as it gets warmer.

Seattle pitching is pretty decent, but where's the hitting?

3 of our pitchers are injured. Our pitching is terrible right now. Paxton won't be back until the end of May. Same with Taijuan ... but he hasn't even made a start and has had a ton of shoulder issues so far ... so god only knows what is coming to him. Iwakuma may be back in 2 weeks at least ....

Elias has done well though. Erasmo has been garbage.

Our hitting ... man I don't know. Cano has been pathetic but he is a slow starter usually so I expected it. Brad Miller was expected to be awesome ... and his ST hinted at it ... but he has been AWFUL. Kyle Seager is usually steady ... but he has been awful. Smoak is just awful and always has been.

Zunino and Corey Hart have been our best hitters ...
