Seattle hasn't really played that well tonight. We've had a bad game. Dostal has looked decent, though. Verbeek has to do something with Gibson in the next year.

Have to be good at something. Well, in addition to the great assists we give.

You know, it's not just the assists we provide for the other team. It's the quality of those assists that is hard to take. So often, they are the best assists of the game.

Why is our first power play unit Strome and Silfverberg ?

Our defender's would have a lot more points if they were given assists on opponents goals.

He's in Russia, isn't he ? I think that still knocks him out of the top 4, much like Michkov. Like you say, he's going to be tempting to teams. But I don't see the Ducks using a top 4 pick on him. We would probably have to fall to the 6th pick or lower before I think we would take a chance on him. But hey, Verbeek has definitely made some picks that were outside of what the mainstream thought.

The Athletic (Wheeler) posted a top 64 prospects list. Some big boys @ RHD. I bet Verbeek is salivating. Probably have to win the two spot in the lottery to get Levshunov. But some of the others look like they have promise. Like Parekh if the points we have no way to know about, check out. Verbeek should have a good shot at someone with his two firsts and an early second. I'm sure (should I be ?) our first will go to the best player available. But Verbeek showed in the last draft that in the second he will go for need. I think Edmonton's late first and our early second could fall into that catagory.

The Ducks looked good. Nothing wrong with that game.

You take the offense we have now and let them mature 3-5 years. Then add another high end defender fr.om the draft. I think even Doughty has to say chance for a dynasty.

6' 7" and a top prospect. Verbeek is in. Plus, most of the forwards are under 6'. What's the story on Lindstrom ? And, what happened to Eiserman. Wasn't he a top 3 prospect at one time ?
