I never heard Neftali Feliz's agent whine after he won ROY and was getting paid slightly above players Min. ofcourse Trout had a great year but the Angels have no reason to go above what they are allowed to pay him

I think they did not feel that they had to sign another 30+ yr old player to a mega-deal. they will look for the right spot in FA and let the Angels do that type of thing...
