What I don't understand is if you disagree with the original post why come on to denigrate it? All this LOL stuff is unnecessary. Just don't reply.
There are enough negative posts.

I'm in. I'm hoping they come out of this funk. They can't be this bad, can they?

Somewhere Torii is laughing his a** off.

Great poll! I'd go with Pujols.

I don't know what to say. These last two years have been brutal because you look at the team and say, "This makes no sense."
They'll start winning eventually, but it's probably too late to come back already. The problem is I don't even know how to fix this.

In before someone blames Butcher for Kazmir's downfall as an Angel.
Or better yet, blaming Reagins for getting him.

Getting Weaver back will help, maybe Madsen and Jepsen too....but heck, the starting staff, outside of Weaver, has been about what you'd expect and we're still terrible.....Blanton wasn't bad last night and, after a couple of clunkers early, has been his usual mediocre self....same with Hanson and Vargas....CJ has been a wild and inconsistent 6 inning guy but that's probably who he is at this point....bullpen has been awful but do Madsen and Jepsen straighten that out? Maybe, but enough to get us back in the playoff hunt? Wouldn't bet on that.....
You also wonder if Blanton and whomever else would pitch well with a lot of runs or are they just pitching to the score. I mean, we scored 6 in the first game and lost. It's just a nightmare of a season.

Good analysis, junky. It's looking like it will be the middle. In order to go on an extended streak, you need good pitching. I don't know if Hanson and Vargas are up to the task. Good health will obviously help us, especially in the bullpen. Like last year, we're blowing too many games. Relief must be shored up to have a chance at getting back in the race.

Aybar 2 for 4 2B

I think we'll go 19-10 so in toto we'll be 29-27.

Kinda depressing to read with the way things are going.

Iannetta 2 for 4 2B

...can a good team lose until they're no longer considered good?
I'm interested in your answers.

Some good points here and a lot of blame to go around. I think Arte has shot himself in the foot, but for the good of the fans, in making some of these high-priced decisions. DiPoto's pitching decisions have been questionable and Scioscia continues to make questionable moves on the field.
I think management would like to see how the team comes around with a healthy bullpen and then make changes from there. I think Blanton is already a goner and DiPoto will replace him first chance he gets.

But what can be done? I'm sure they're taking the patient approach, figuring that this can't keep going on. We've had a lot of key injuries and if the bullpen can be shored up, we would probably stop losing.
Unfortunately, Oakland and Texas have started to run away yet again so management has to weigh how patient can they be.
Chris Sale Had not allowed a base runner.

True. Sale was pretty good and had the guys off balance. I believe the Angels are one of the, if not the toughest, teams to no-hit. That was a bad pitch that Trout got a hit from.
