    If anything, Angels need to improve 2B or SS. Fletcher, Wade and Velasquaz + Duffy is pretty light in terms of hitting.

    Diaz has pitched very well in 4 starts this season in Salt Lake and pitched a few games last season for the Angels. I'm just hoping for 5 innings and keep it close.

    I know they've been at 6:30 for a few seasons now, but when I think of weeknight baseball, I always think of 7. Much like how every Sunday home game for the Ducks is at 5pm.

    I've gotten so used to home games being at 7 pm, that I keep forgetting it's at 6:30

    Ward is now the starting RF for the forseeable future. I'm happy for the guy and he absolutely deserves the starting spot. He works the count, has a great understanding of the strike zone, and has decent speed on the base paths. His only weakness is his glove and arm.

    Since last season, seems like Ward has figured it out. I rarely see a bad at-bat from him. He's got a great understanding of the strike zone.
