Worst thread of the season

Timmy has been bad way longer than CJ. Tim is a lost cause. CJ still has some hope.

The team didn't show up tonight. Zero hits from Trout, Pujols and Hamilton.

Team fail.

That has nothing to do with this thread.

If Leblanc give us 5 in and 4 earned, I'll be thrilled

Having salas in that trade is turning out to be quite nice

Leading in extra base hits as well.

All offensives are going to slump. I'm more impressed that we are winning games in a different fashion. The best example is yesterday. We easily lose that game in April.

I would trade almost anyone for david price right now. Don't like our staff in the post-season.

Very ironic that CJ abstains from alcohol while putting all of us on a road to rock bottom.

I think the thumb might be hurting his power in some way that I'm to dumb to understand.

Funny because Bowden was saying on his radio show all offseason that the angels didn't have the young arms to get price.

So much to be impressed by. Doesn't waste pitches, gets that first pitch strike on the reg. And has insane poise for a guy his age.

How do you not give your youngest pitcher the best possible defense available? Who gives a shit about getting a 42 yr old ab's

I am still in the camp that this team needs to clean house of all their manager and coaches in order to turn this thing around.

I have been very reluctant to think this way but the only answer is leadership. This team plays with a stick up their ass in clutch situations. Losing games that we shouldn't. Seems like we are always second guessing our coaching decisions and we are unfortunately right most of the time. Ect.. Time for some new energy.

So Freese begins the season in an awful slump and you're already saying the trade sucks, Dipoto failed? 

 

Why don't you reserve judgement until either the end of the season or until Freese is out of the equation because he's replaced by someone else. Three weeks in it's too early to say Dipoto blew it on this trade. I wish we didn't have to give up Grichuk in the deal, but after his first couple appearances Salas has been tough out of the bullpen. Right now Bourjos isn't doing jack for the Cardinals and Grichuk is in AAA.

Anybody could see that freese was done last yr. Dont see why you can't call it a horrible trade from the beginning . Bourjos and grichuk at least have upside. Don't see that with freese or salas.

How is the bullpen our weakness when you have a god damn bullpen pitcher as your GM
