Torn ACL with the O's DH Betemit. Conger's probably ML bat ready without the glove, therefore a DH. Manny Machado in exchange, I'm not leading there, but Conger's price is up, here, and there might be somebody else to get.

The Halos won't get Betances or a high grade prospect back. Mid-grade with potential high, sleeper(s) at best. Need catching, and from the NYY charts don't count on Sanchez or Romine back, but Francisco Arcia could be a sleeper, which means possibly another player added in return. But, they might not get anybody back, and if Wells regains the magnitude to NYY by their scouting, then mark it against Di Poto.

We have no use for him with Callaspo, Hall, Jimenez and down the road, Cowart in the fold.

Bill Hands Like Rocks Hall for 3B?!  Cowart's the future at 3B yet, I'm just saying...grabbing Liddi along the way might've been nice. 

He's a 24 y/o prospect, of course his #'s are limited at this point. 

Too bad Dipoto didn't try to stretch the Morales deal out to Alex Liddi.  He impresses me!  Then again, he's 3B and that's hard to deal for nowadays.
