Great interview! Fun to hear about who our new guys rooted for growing up. Thought it was funny that Cole became a switch-hitter by impersonating Mariners' batting stances.

    Good stuff, @CartiHalos!!!
Great first article on AngelsWin. Here's hoping Plesac rediscovers his 2019-2020 form.

Great rundown/write up.  Really good to get a more in depth account of these guys.  Thank you for getting this up so quickly.

While I think they've done a good job adjusting as the season is coming along, I can't help but imagine had Perry had a better starter over Suarez and better BP arms to start the season, where they'd be in the standings. Still guys have stepped up and SP and BP has improved lately.

"The thing I appreciate and respect and like is the consistency the group goes about it. From the manager to the coaches, nobody gets too emotional. Nobody gets too high; nobody gets too low..."
Chuckled at that. It is the polar opposite of a fan's perspective, where it's all about the highs, lows, and disproportionate emotions. Pretty much any game-day thread, on any sport website, will back that up.
(I personally went through a large whisky, both thumbnails, and about three thousand steps of pacing whilst watching just an hour of cricket yesterday.)

awesome to learn more about Wayne. I was hesitant about getting yet another new PBP guy, but he quickly won me over. The guy is a pro, has a good sense of humor like Matt V, but isn't constantly trying to be funny like Matt. And already seems to have good timing & chemistry with our beloved Gubie.

The guy's a keeper. And now that our TV broadcast booth is set... LEAVE IT ALONE CARPINO!

    Great job, Chuck!
I really like this kid and hope to see him up with the Angels soon. He seems very grounded and knows what he needs to do to improve. Plus really like that he's come a long way from being a 37th round draft pick. It's fun to pull for guys like that.....

    Nice!
It didn't make it through the translation, but both times he was asked about his off-season and future plans he basically said "after we get our rings this season"...  Basically he was speaking very positively about the 66ers postseason hopes.  Its pretty cool to see a guy speak with that sort of confidence.  He was also very clear that while he considers himself a good catcher, he's no where near satisfied with where he is defensively and stated he knows the areas he needs to work on.
Kid comes across like a hard worker/straight shooter.... There wasn't any real effort to say the right things, he was very straightforward, very concise.
From zero C prospects to two .... Not too bad.

    Wow!
This article is just great and appeals how much the American love and enjoy baseball, and cherish one Japanese gal under her mission to give Ohtani-kun a Gold medal that she made on her great journey.
Indeed Ohtani-kun's play reminds every baseball fans of Babe Ruth, one of the baseball legends, which every fans want to see, as in the movie "Field of Dreams", there appear Shoeless Joe and so forth who just want to enjoy playing baseball in the "heaven" baseball field in corns.
I do not know if Pikichin completed her mission but I am sure that her globe trotter travel end with delightful memory with baseball fans.
