Jihhaaaa Our pitching really got their acts together tonight!!

Back to .500 ... I was like WOOOHOOOWWW :-)  Albert's like closing in on all sorts of records , long may this continue... Hopin' 4 a winning streak like back in 2002 anyone???

I'm afraid we're in for a long , long summer :-(  , my God this team's not up to it... We've discussed the bullpen, hitting is just as bad...

Haha...lot of sarcasm and cynicism on here...well I would say it is slightly appropriate...how on earth are we gonna get a rotation together that stands a chance of getting near a .500 at the end of , say august ,... ? Can't we get some ex-all star out of retirement ... ideas?

Gritty win and I think this shows we've got some bottle... Now I hope the fringe pitchers grab their chance...'cause we f...ing need them to! Go Halos keep it up!

Depressing...especially offense in last few games...this team is challenging 4 nowt this season...

I am resigned to the fact thatwe won't even reach the 70 wins mark. Just no pitching...Royals look much better than we do....depressing though it is

Our starters s*ck big time... ...well we're missing Weaver... Any minor league'ers worth calling up? Nolasco can fu off , for all I'm concerned

Well, we knew the pitching, ie starting rotation was gonna be the problem... this game underlined that fact

I was thrilled to bits by last nights win ... awesome, just awesome... but watching Cole Hamels pitch 4 Texas made me want him on our rotation. Good pitcher...and got through 7 innings...something we need!

Hitting should get a good grade as well, Probably an A-. A little streaky but still terrific. Pujols get an F+ though, if going by stats.

 

I'll give pitching a B- since outside of Chavez and Nolasco, everyone else in the starting rotation has been shaky so far. But the bullpen has been a bright spot.

Albert F+? You must be kidding me... I agree with rest of your assumptions...especially Maldonado! He's been fantastic!
