Please someone more capable than me throw a bottle of lighter fluid on the fire I'm going to grab my Orville Rickenbacker.
You can answer the single question I asked you, or is your old age taking your mind a little sooner than expected.

What's up Mr. 48 posts if any team were to ever part with Trout they're stupid. Been watching ball for about 25 years and Trout is pretty much the most remarkable player I've ever seen in my life. Exceeds Jeets and AFraud, I've heard kids yell "Trout" with enthusiasm like he's a friggin fictional superhero, kinda like they prolly did with Jeets except Trout's got a better smile (all true). There's no way in hell I'd ever give him up in a gamble for some package of "maybe's" it's unfortunate he's stuck with this mess called the Los Angeles Angels, it's time for these clowns to get their shit together like a team and do it not only for themselves but for the team.
whats up mr old ass. Let me ask you this, if the astros offered us Dallas, Correa, Springer, and a prospect for Trout right now, would you do it? If you say no you are honestly not bright.
and by the way, maybe you should watch more "ball", and spend less time watching little kids during games and paying attention to Trout's smile. Creepy ass

Best just to ignore them. Anybody who suggests trading Trout, with any kind of seriousness, deserves to be ignored.
Think about the package we could get in return for him when he has about 2 years left on his contract(which he is headed for Philly when it expires)
-
If Trout was 29 or 30 you could consider moving him for a package, but not at 24.
so maybe in about 3 years we can discuss this over a nice beer and smile about what our farm system will look like after that trade.

In 2013 we said we wouldn't be winning any time soon, in 2014 we won 98 games. Then the team proceeded to hit .170 in the playoffs. Hell if they hit .200 in that series we probably win the series.
idk about you, but I dont consider getting swept in the first round a successful season.
-
Haha. Raise your hand if you like this idea.
I understand it will never happen, but it doesn't seem like we will be winning anytime soon. I personally have always felt like Trout is headed to Philadelphia at the end of this contract, and I am sure the haul we could get for him would be insane.

trade trout. think about the package you could get for him.

Grant Green makes that play at second.

-
Boy, I sure am glad we are playing Victorino for his defense
-
Good thing Cowart is on the bench....sigh
-
Why not Cowgill over Victorino?
-
Correa, Springer and Keuchel. That might get the talks started.
I would do this in a heartbeat.
-
hypothetically, if we traded Trout, what kind of package would we be looking at getting.

So basically one hit better than Johnny G would beOne hit, one error.
-
You da man Grant Green
-
Base hit for the kid
-
Grant Green could have made that play in left
-
We need to find a way to keep Grant Green in the everyday lineup. The kid is a career .260 hitter in the majors and he represents a huge improvement over other bottom of the order options. He may be "weak" defensively but we have seen that just means he would fit in perfectly with the rest of the team.

remember when Trout was good and him batting was something to look forward to?
-
Trout does need to find a new GF though...time to move on to a better version
-
Because he can play SS, I personally would call up Green and even consider starting him at 2nd, he is the same with the glove as Gia, and possibly better with the bat. Also Green can play SS if needed.
I would love to see Grant Green get an extended chance.
