I'm responding to admiring Minh, who is responsible for millions of deaths and the advancement of an evil system. Tenacity, hard work, and loyalty can be good qualities, but should we really admire people who use those qualities for evil? It's like admiring a serial killer's ability to plan meticulously.
 
The second question is really meant to gauge whether you think all Western influence should be resisted equally. I think there are objectively good and bad ideas that are universal, and some that are neutral. We all agree that systematic rape, like what the Soviet Union perpetrated on Eastern Germany and ISIS is doing now and genocide are things that all nations should oppose. People disagree on other things.

Another general trick is to make sure you're both arguing for the best way to a common goal. For example, Vietnam. Most leftists were very happy to abandon Vietnam to the communists because they hated conservatives and the US more than they hated communists, if they didn't outright support communists. So, what's to argue?
 
It's like Iraq. Do you think most liberals give a rat's behind that ISIS is running wild, beheading Christians and raping women? No, they see it as a repudiation of Bush, their real enemy.

if were eating money there better be something aside from a bucket of balls... otherwise eat the crow and see if he can help the club... why are we so determined to jettison the guy here for nothing and eat a ton of cash.. unless we can get pennies on the dollar for the buyout what the point.. its reached a point of being an embarrassment. 

In my opinion, the MLB should cater to me, middle aged Hispanics who prefer sportsmanship "codes" and tradition.
Also, a lot of activities that benefit from paternal involvement are declining like Church, Boy Scouts, etc.

I went to an Ass forum recently where they referred to us as "Analslime," a vulgar play on the fine American city of Anaheim. I felt offended and angry. I now revel in their failure and wretchedness.

Cron a total bust? That's ridiculous.

Why make it a racial thing? Do you think all black people think rap music is OK? Do you think people here would object to the Temptations or James Brown? 
 
There are two issues. One is whether to have music at all and the other is if the music is ok in a family environment. I'm OK with it. I don't think they play the bad words in the rap music. If they did, I wouldn't like it.
