I think percy would do a fine job.  His credentials are greater than Butcher.  

Butcher was also a relief pitcher for years on the bigs.

Percy has postseason experience plus 14 years in the bigs...  i'll take that over what we have...

If you saw the movie you would understand the pun; Harrison Fords character talks about being sympathetic. ... how being sympathetic towords African Americans at that time was needed to break the prejudices. ..  its a good thing that my kids understand just bad that they know the n word...

I watched 42 yesterday with my family and thought it was pretty good. Unfortunately now my kids know what the n word is. (Son 10 daughter 9 ) They certainly are now "sympathetic".

Just as alarming is the hitters' inability to produce.  Pujols and Hamilton didn't have these problems with their former teams.

So Dipoto shares no responsibility for the pitching staff he assembled?  It looks to me as though he acquired a box of rocks and told Scioscia and Butcher to make a sand castle out of it.

Butcher.  Too much money owed to Scioscia to at least not try to retain him and put a new Dipoto choice coaching staff around him. If that doesn't work, then fire Scioscia.

I agree there is something brewing here internally with in the club house.  How can a team with so much talent be disengaged so early in the season? 

SciOSCIA may get canned and the team will move in a more positive direction.

Scioscia is forced to have bassically the same line up every night.
