  1. i had extra innings for two seasons before i switched to mlbtv. it seems archaic to me when compared to the features that mlbtv offers. as far as blackouts go: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/broadcasts/national_wkend.jsp try a free streaming service for the blackout games.
  2. well that is no reason to hate san diego. this is one of the greatest cities in the u.s., if not the world. oh wait, you're in oceanside. now i see your point.
  3. san diego resident here. i've had mlbtv for 5 years now. best purchase ever. cannot live without. but they do black out all padres games.
  4. anyone have any speculation as to what that attempted chin check and mad dog session between jimenez and pujols could have possibly been about? interesting stuff right there.
  5. IF JOHNNY DISCOVERS HE CAN GET ALL GAMES, AT ALL TIMES, WITH NO BLACK OUT RESTRICTIONS - FOR FREE, FROM SOME EUROPEAN STREAMING SITE. HOW LONG WILL JOHNNY KEEP PAYING THE MLB?
  6. i've subscribed to mlb.tv for many years. every other weekend there is a blackout due to fox exclusivity. 'IF JOHNNY WORKS 5 DAYS A WEEK, AND PAYS $120 A YEAR FOR MLB.TV, BUT ONLY GETS TO WATCH BASEBALL ON THE WEEKEND, BUT ALL GAMES ARE BLACKED OUT. HOW MUCH BASEBALL DOES JOHNNY ACTUALLY GET TO WATCH?"
  7. the real story here is that kevin and bean are still on the air. as someone who has been out of oc for at least 15 years, i find this shocking.
  8. hola. i live in san diego as well, but i live in the metro area, so i don't know what the rules are in terms of north county blackouts. i had to get mlb.tv, which being a baseball fan in general; i do not regret, and after 7 years of it, i cannot live without. as far as black outs, try this site. pretty decent. http://atdhe.eu/baseball
  9. it is baseball, man. ballplayers have historically been lards.
  10. they are one of only 12 clubs that still allow booze in the club house. just sayin...
  11. hey. how's it going? just had to create an account and chime in here. i agree with everything that duckangel dude is sayin. as for being worried, eh? it's spring training. it's not exactly great that they are in the cellar, but it doesn't really matter. on the other hand it does show that the farm is in shambles and the coaching staff may be questionable. anyways. go halos!
