You DO NOT need to be read your Miranda Warning Rights when you are arrested. Miranda requires 3 elements present. Questioning while in Custody by the Government. Obviously all 3 have happened with the bomber. But all that means is any statements made by him to questions about the incident(s) will be thown out in court. But the feds/police have enough evidence to convict him without his statements so they dont care, nor should they. They felt the intell outweighed any admission of guilt.    

Dont know yet, if theres any evidence he was trained by a group then hes an enemy combatant.

Either way he broke federal laws and will be executed.

Its actually a common practice in low grade bombs. As of 4:56 pm CNN reported that hospital doctors are pulling out ball bearings from victims.

My guess is Al Qaeda. The multiple blasts spaced apart is something they love to do. Saw it in Iraq almost all the time. If all the bombs are set off its to create mass panic, otherwise the secondary ones are placed to hit first responders.

The Hamiltown sign was in attendence and it looked awesome. It really helped hype the crowd up for Hamiltons first at bat. Josh had a huge smile on his face, and I'm sure he feels welcome in his new home after dealing with the bullshit in Arlington. Now he just needs to start hitting the damn ball.

The Troutfarm is pretty cool, seems like the bigger groups get free t-shirts and everyone had thunderstix. A few people had those giant Trout face cut outs.

I think both are good for the stadium and keeping the crowd going.

It looked like the corner nosebleed seats had some empty seats, but the left field and right field concourses were packed by standing room the entire game. I couldnt imagine watching an entire game from there, but it looked like a party on both sides. With those people it was no doubt a sell out.

Who cares, country has sucked for over a decade.

Was at the game last night and the crowd was insane on every video and song that was played. Up until Build me up buttercup. I know this has been a topic before, but no one at the stadium seemed to care about the song being played. The audio video guys are doing amazing things this year but when that song was played it felt out dated and out of place. They badly need to change it to something that represents California or at least baseball. Ive always thought California Girls by the beach boys would fit well, or California Gurls by Katy Perry if they wanted to appeal to the younger crowd.

Ive wanted to write a letter suggesting the change but I have no clue who to send it to or how to go about it.

The Rally Monkey Harlem Shake/ Gangnam Style video was incredible.

Yeah lines were a lil excessive. Its bad when you cant walk around the concourse because you are walking thru food lines.

Dont think Ive seen a worse ball/strike call ever, in any game. And Ive played in some mexican sunday league games where the strike zone was the ankles to the neck.

I remember being at that game and waking up the next morning to the news. There was an initial shock like I just lost a friend. I never had the honor of meeting him, but I got to watch him do what he loved and he was great at it. Its sad that great men can be lost at the hands of pathetic men.
