He didn't re-injure it, they are just apparently taking it really slow and he's not even running at full speed yet.  They said a couple days ago that he wouldn't need anymore than 2 weeks to be ready for Opening Day.

The right knee surgery took place on October 9th. On October 18th Dipoto was quoted as saying that it was a "very minor" procedure and that he would be back at full strength within a month or so. It was a cleanup, nothing significant, kind of a blip on the radar. That was over 4 months ago.
