I'll probably get ripped for saying this but right now donaldson deserves it more than trout.

you can tell he is frustrated

when he hit the fly ball yesterday and tossed his bat you could see it in his face

maybe he does need a "mental" day and should sit out tonight's game just to take a breather

but i dont think he is done by any means, i think he needs to concentrate more on putting the ball in play instead of trying to hit a home run at every at bat

i took a poetry class in high school where we studied and dissected this album

as a teenager i thought it was one of the coolest things ever and fell in love with this album

maybe the velocity was lower because he was just trying to work on command and see how his hip felt? maybe he wasn't necessarily throwing his hardest or his best

if not, then yeah, thats bad
