Thanks, ya I looked them over.  I have gotten spoiled in TX, forgot the different construction of houses back that way and here.  It isn't cheap out that way either, specially you want to walk out to your boat on the lake. This is going to be hard and have ton of equity to roll into a place but I guess the idea of retirement is you don't do that. LOL, I looked up toward Chuck's place cause where my wife came from and so ya the garage with a studio for 580k won't work. Don't you have a barn we can fix up.

Well that is where you come in handy.  I want to buy a little ranch house by a lake and pay 300 to 400k, just buy it and there is a golf course nearby.  The more warmer days if on the east side I am in. 

Good to hear, so you guys did lose the taste, smell thing.  That does have to be weird. My wife had another doctor thing and her blood work came back saying she was positive with the antibodies.  Who knows with this thing.  Trump land is fine, seriously dude people make fun of Montana, it is where I am retiring. I live in a nice neighborhood but other side of the street it is older ranch style houses on property.  The one guy has 4X4 post home made signs with Trump Train etc all over them and just put up a third saying Trump 2020 we will stop the bullshit on it. We are the empty nesters now even though that really never ends.  Youngest kid is finishing her junior year getting a nursing degree and her class is basically in a hospital setting.  So your boys are already in high school?  damn time flys
