Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!  Ladies and gentlemen, you are amazing!  We are truly blessed that you have all decided to adopt us.  We are grateful that you appreciate the hard work that my wife Debbie and I, along with our kids, and the fantastic volunteers, do to bring the great game of baseball (and Big Smiles!) to our special athletes.  

You have come through for us SOOO many times already, and we love you!

My first post, so be gentle.  

The Miracle League of Orange County, CA (http://ocmiracleleague.com) is looking for someone who can volunteer some time to help us manage, update, and make design suggestions/changes to our website for us.  It should require very little time, possibly a few hours a week.  We have links to our Facebook, and PayPal accounts, and a live Twitter feed on http://ocmiracleleague.com the front page.  The current volunteer is too busy and unable to help us in as timely a fashion as he has up till now.

On another topic, although we are going into our 8th year, we will be having our 1st Annual Fundraiser, "Swing Big for the Miracle League" on Saturday April 7th.  The event will be from 4:30-7:30pm, and will be held at our field, the "Angels-MLB All-Star Complex", at 2565 E Underhill, Anaheim.  The field is just North of Angels Stadium, off Sunkist, between Lincoln and La Palma.

We will have baseball style food (hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn, cotton candy, etc.), music, Angels/MLB autographed memorabilia raffles and auctions, and some surprise guests.  Check out our Facebook page, Facebook.com/ocmiracleleague, for a list of some of the great autographed items we will have.  Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids, and are also available at our website, and of course, all proceeds help us to provide children and adults with special needs the ability to play the great game of baseball.
