    Ironically, they almost had the final standings completely reversed. If only they'd expected Oakland to beat out Seattle.

    The four best teams in the league right now, record-wise, are the Cardinals, Pirates, Cubs and Royals. The Angels played those teams, combined, 7 times. The Twins will play those teams, combined, 30 times. Not really sure the Angels can complain about unfair scheduling.
