I read parking can be a headache. Is there offsite parking that's free? I couldn't get a straight answer during my search if street parking is legal.

I'm going to my first spring training game on March 4. I heard BP is done at the lower field? Can fans watch BP prior to the game like how it is during the season? If so how early can I arrive to watch BP?
