  1. Last year it was his knees, this year it's his plantar and his knees.

I get the feeling that he is just old and will never be healthy with the Angels.

Considering where he originated from, DR, we can all assume his birth certificate isn't real and at some point PED's were used. Add those 2 things together and he is alot older in the real world than what the actual number of the age is.

  2. No kidding. We also do not have an ace capable of throwing a complete game shut out like the top contenders do. It must be nice to have a Verlander pitch every 5 days and to 8 scoreless with 12k's with the occational complete game shut out. This Angel team will lose to Verlander, Felix, Bucholz, and any other top tier starter every time because they are overmatched and out classed.

  3. The offense was awful, how many times did they leave the bases loaded without scoring a run? I saw atleast 2 times and one time they only had 1 out then proceeded to double play end the inning. That is miserable loser stuff. If they had a heart they would have came back and won that game because it was there for the taking. Instead they flopped and left men on base all game long as they have done all season long.

  4. I see no reason why Enright and Blanton are marched out there every 3 days for a blood bath. Anyone with a brain who watches baseball more than 5 minutes understands these guys stink at an epic level. I don't care who we have in Single-A to Triple-A start any of them and see what happens. Atleast there won't be scouting reports on them so the hitters know exactly how to rock them like they do Blanton and Enright. There is absolutely 0 upside in those scrubs.

  5. Maybe we can trade him to the Yankees where he will be happy to play for a manager that the players try to win for and hit 60 home runs. We could maybe get some Spitz in return, no not David Sunflower seeds, those cracked pepper flavored Spitz, they are the best.

  6. We all hate Blanton, but with timely hitting he has two or three wins. He has pitched well enough to win in at least two starts this season. How but just once, the offense scores 9 runs early in a game and keeps a struggling pitcher in a game. Understand I am not blaming the offense for how awful Blanton is, but there are bad pitchers out there with lousy whips and ERA's that have a couple wins.

I get that, but then the following day you have someone starting like Enright who gives up 8 runs in 2 innings pitched. Then after that you have Tommy Hanson who also gets rocked once every 3 starts or Jerome Williams or Richards or even CJ Wilson who has been good for a few starts now but is due to get blasted any day now. So basically ur playing russian roulette with these starters. If you luck out and actually win a game that Joe Blanton has started, and it would require luck considering he has ZERO WINS, then the following day you have to luck out again. So with that in mind this team will never ever ever go on an extended win streak when u have these scraps starting ball games. Not to mention a decimated bullpen which I dont understand how they can claim injuries as an excuse. Madsen was signed injured and remains injured dont know how u can count on him anyways and Jepsen is allways injured he should never be counted on.

  7. Since it is not Scoscia's fault that the Angels are awful, close to last place and all of the high priced players aren't performing. Then it shouldn't be Scoscia fault if the team were good correct? Then his world series ring in 2002 really had nothing to do with Scoscia? So if this is the case, why even pay a manager big bucks and why does anybody care if Scoscia stays or is fired? I mean he doesn't do anything right? It's up the the players correct? So what's it matter? Bring in Ozzie Guillen right?
