Care to elaborate?

I get the whole PED thing, and I'm not too thrilled about bringing in a cheater but he was a very good pitcher last year and in '12.

I'm not convinced he's off the PEDs. He'll eventually get caught and serve 100 games or stop using and crash back down to earth. He's a guy that has nothing to lose by taking PEDs.

Is he not 40 years old?

Does he not take drugs to enhance unhealthy, sluggish performance?

Is he not fat?

Has he not been caught twice with drugs and admitted to not using before?

Check, check, check, check.

He is 40.

I don't care about his weight.

He's been caught once with drugs.  I guess you're ignoring his numbers.  He would be an asset to this team, definitely.

No, he wouldn't. Anything he brings to the team will be nullified when he gets caught again.

He gets caught for roids in 2012, comes back the next year and has an even BETTER year at 40 years old (a top 3 year for him in his career). Yup he's definitely not on something. Not worth the risk.

This might be the worst argument I've ever seen.  Do you have ANY proof that he's still on the juice?
