  1. Outside food is allowed everywhere, but in the suites.
  2. Trust me.. the feeling at the stadium (nothing in stone, but just a belief) is any stadium upgrades is solely dependent if a move is in the future plans or not. The real partnership to follow is the one between the stadium and the city, not the stadium and Aramark.
  3. Sorry to hear that, but to be fair, it was the biggest concession day EVER last night. That being said, I urge EVERYONE to fill out the comment cards that are at every concession stand; I know for a fact, they get read by high ranking officials at the stadium. The comment cards are taken VERY seriously.
  4. It doesn't quite work that way.. Any stadium refurbishing is solely handled by the stadium itself.
  5. A few things to keep in mind... 1. the stadium is old, so access points are limited 2. Any upgrades needed would be done by Angels Baseball, Not Aramark 3. It was opening day, not really an excuse, but the lack of modern amenities severely hurts service. There many factors the fans don't take in account that they don't see on the surface. Power is and plumbing is a major factor
  6. I been at the stadium since 11am, but I have to be here. LOL
  7. Look who decided to join us at the stadium! I took these shots as I can into the stadium today. Sorry for the blurry pictures. it was the best I could at the time.
  8. I think teaming up Dave Smith with Travis will be the balance the show needs. Both are very knowledgable, but with one being serious and the other being more of the jokester will give light hearted, but intellegent feel to the entire show.
  9. It's 3 normal business days including the game day. So a tuesday game would be friday to make the reservations. Any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday game will be Wedesday to make reservations.
  10. New sushi vendor this year and they are top notch. I was lucky enough to try them and they are leaps and bounds better than last year.
  11. Stadium employee here: Reservations to the Diamond Club is done 3 days in advance only, so whomever mentioned that they are probably all reserved is wrong. They do two seatings, early and late; and they both have advantages. early seating: Usually is less crowded (although being opening day, don't expect this), but it's easier to focus on your meal and get a relaxing atmosphere watching batting practice. Keep in mind that at a certain point, you will have to give up your seat. This is the best option if you would like the Diamond Club experience and still use your seats Late Seating: Most prefer this and for one main reason: squaters rights for the entire game! With second seating, you have the option to stay at those seats the entire game, but you are required to purchase items to do this. Keep in mind, because you are closer to game time, it WILL get hectic, so bare with the servers/kitchen as they will be slammed. Either way, most will opt for the buffet because it is quality food and worth it for the quality/quantity and the opportunity to sit on the patio. The a la carte menu is top notch as well, but again, remember the service may be lacking right before first pitch. Making reservations: ESPECIALLY for opening day, call the SECOND the lines are open for reservations and prepare to hold for a long, long time. And whatever you do, DO NOT HANG UP. you will lose your queue in line. If you are lucky enough to get reservation right away, always opt for the patio seats; they are the most popular because of the view.
  12. UPDATE! The mound has been added to the field. All of the logo wrapping is in the process of being removed. What's interesting is the names that used to be on the each pillar. The A's on the Big Red Hats are back, and they are bigger and brighter than ever! The new press box is almost complete. They were in the middle of working on that, so no pics as of now. Many of the new sponsors have been set in place, but not yet annoucned. Just under a month until opening day and things are starting to shape up!!
  13. Bring back all the old KMAX jocks.. McDonnel Douglas and Sports Gods 4ever!
  14. This! I hate Halo Honks! Angel Fans or Halo Fans is just fine with me.
  15. I used the site on chrome, Firefox, mobile chrome;all seem to work fine, but when the board is busy during game day chats for instance, it's slows down when trying to send replies.
  16. I'm speculating he has an endorsement deal with Alberto's and he is reaping the benefits.
  17. Somebody had to replace the weight lost when Kendrys was traded away.
  18. I would LOVE to see the Sports Gods back. It was my all-time favorite sports radio show and I think would play well for the morning drive. I cringed a lot too because his homerism was at a high school level. It was just bad. I don't think it played well for a MLB team and a (somewhat) major market.
  19. First off, beautiful theme, what did you use to create it? and secondly, where are you getting 4g service????
