This right here. I saw a handfull of people doing this in the beginning like a month ago and not once ALS was mentioned. Just the last few days I've finally seen that this is for ALS awareness.
I hate these ice bucket challenges but not because it tries to promote ALS awareness/"raise money" but because like with everything else, it's become a show on social media.
I'm about 300 pages away from finishing A Dance With Dragons. After that I don't kow what the hell I'm going to read since I've dedicated my last two months to GoT. Probably one of my WWI books to commemorate the anniversary.
If you're interested in WW1 it's somewhat one of my specialties. I have read a ton of great books on the before, during, and post war/Weimar Republic. Let me know if you want some suggestions.
I don't know how many bones the human body has but rest assured they broke them all.
And upon further inspection it looks like one of the dudes immediate gets up at the end. Crazy.
If ISIS was 4 guys in a bar outside Allepo is say get er done. But they aren't. We might know where a bunch are but not all. You get the innocent civilians out and peace the **** out also. The end.
I guess that's the difference between you and me. I want innocent civilians directly in danger to be saved, you want to fight a people/ideology that has no borders
