    I just read on MLBTraderumors that the Rockies were tryng to get Gausman from the Orioles for Cargo... UMMM let me think, don't we have plenty of starting pitching to trade them for a really good left fielder with pop? What's the holdup?

    Those were actually Lindstrom's numbers combined with Street who gave up one unearned run I believe. On two of his own errors. Lindstrom is not turning out to well to this point...

    Pedroia PLayed with it on his non throwing hand last year... My guess, Hamilton wll be out just long enough to feel comfortable hitting and serve as DH most of the time. 4-6 weeks tops...

    I think they were posturing with their interest in Tanaka to get Kershaw to come down to reality... Pretty impressive considering they have the same agent. Not to mention, I'm sure Casey Close was fine with it as it drives up the price for Tanaka with other teams thinking the Dodgers are "in."

    I'm not so sure the market for Garza is going to be nearly as large... Tanaka is a once a decade siging becasue of his age and "perceived" performance. Many more teams will overpay for that knowing they have a "should be great" pitcher for the next 5-7 years. The likes of Arizona, Chicago's, and others are not going to be "in" on Garza IMHO.

    I am, and will always be, IN. I too, enjoy being around positive people. I have learned that negative people tend to have a victim mentality, and that doesn't sit well with me. Your optimism is certainly appreciated. You will not receive any emotional, snap judgments from me and GO HALOS!!!

    Couldn't agree more. A blessing in disguise in my opinion. 2 days to soak in the suckness that has been Angels baseball and come out focused and on fire. I think they will start to play at their opponents' level and compete...

    He hit a home run already.... He should have been able to the bat on the ball. I could understand your argument if he didn't already have success earlier in the game.

    Amazing... All you guys used to say is stick with one lineup and let them gel. Now you all want a different lineup depending on who is playing. Wow.

    I don't think this is that bad of a situation... Richards is starting off extremely well and is probably an upgrade over a couple of guys already in the rotation. Our offense should be able to absorb it.
