Felt like he was on declining health for many years, so it’s not a shock. But seeing the outpouring of people he affected or touched and his part in the growth of the game was maybe something I just took for granted. I’ve been watching or reading so much on him today and there were a ton of great tributes to Texas Dolly. Knew a lot of it watching him for about 20 years, but the stories are legendary.
