Schanuel gets day off to get off his feet. Halos win big

Cyler Anderson and Hicks big games with Jose ready for Wednesday. Big game on Wednesday for Sandoval hope he can go 6 inn. This young team different hero each night. Rengifo and Adell big games tomorrow.

Do not understand why Adell and Rengifo not in lineup. Again I know it is early in season but Adell a better player than Hicks.

Young team going to fun to watch them play and get better. Adell adds more to team than Hicks and needs to play. Starters need to go deeper into games or BP will be toast by end of May. Big question to me is do you put Soriano in rotation? Early in season but big game for Sandoval Wednesday. Need to get Rengifo in lineup.

Do not approve of this strategy at all when we are replacing these guys with the likes of Rendon, Hicks, and Sano. If this is the strategy, I wish we would have just signed JD Martinez to DH.

I agree 100% but season is young.

Nobody is being held back due to Hicks being on the roster. 

Give those ab to Adell. Hicks is not in future plans for Halos but Adell might be.

I love the nutswingers who have wanted to trade all offseason for Burns or wanted to sign him as a FA to be our ace, but he's so bad that we were supposed to best up on him when he pitched against us? 

 

Of course we are going to play a veteran against one of the best pitchers in the Majors over Adell or Moniak.

 

 

But, in August that may change, and I would expect Adell or Moniak to be the starter against a tough pitcher. 

 

While I like what Hicks brings to the team with his arm and bat, I think he could be traded if Adell or Moniak run with the opportunity. 

I totally understand why Hicks is starting over Moniak and Adell now. Only 2 games in what I'm saying i do not think this is a team headed toward a playoff run. I just hope as season goes a long both Adell and Moniak are starting 5 to 6 games a week. 

Great read and I agree the direction halos are going in. Season only 1 game old but I do hope Moniak and Adell get more AB than Hicks.

I was excited because Trout ST was not great. Realized after game Trout in weak lineup with little protection.

Nothing as in some games losing by 8 or 9 runs guy hits HR and have to put on some stupid hat.

How many games in a row for Schanuel reaching base?

The no name halos playing with a chip on their shoulders. This Angel team young and hungry will form a new identity this year. OK Ron let's get the new SHOW started.
