  1. I’m retired. It’s a “day by day” schedule. But of course I’ll hit you up. Jimmy’s is awesome, by the way.
  2. Get your butt over here @Blarg. Good group of Angels fans here right now. Just across the street buddy
  3. Who’s in Dana Point? Come on over to Turk’s and watch the game with me and the wife. Just throwing it out there
  4. Aaron Hicks will now be on every blooper video ever shown from now on with that rumble. And the runner still didn’t score.
  5. I am by no means a Rendon sympathizer, as a matter of fact, I’m the polar opposite. But I’m pretty sure Rendon knows how shitty he’s been so far this season. Maybe HE needs to tell his coach that the lead off spot is not where he’s comfortable hitting at? Hell, I don’t know what spot that would be, but 0-18 so far is not a great spot for him in the line up. Maybe flip him and Neto? I don’t know.
  6. He didn’t pitch that great today. He was the victim of a physical error, a mental error, and lack of command, even though he had a lot of strikeouts for only pitching 3 innings. I will chalk it up to first game nerves, but he needs to work ahead in the count. He’s got a long way to go before he gets labeled as a Sandoval head case.
  7. Me and my family will be there. What should we do? I’m torn. Boo or stand? Let me know before Friday.
  8. I don’t care if the Marlins aren’t a good team. The Angels showed some heart and clawed their way back after a dreadful first inning. They could have absolutely derailed, but they didn’t. It wasn’t perfect by any stretch, but I’ll take it.
  9. Boy did Nick Gordon completely misplay that ball. He was totally coasting on that ball. O’Hoppe with a triple. May want to keep that ball.
  10. The 4-5-6 hitters had brutal at bats in that inning. That could have been a much bigger inning than one fluke run.
  11. Yeah. Langston went into cardiac arrest I believe in Houston and was revived in the booth by medical staff. Well technically he went into Ventricular Fibrillation which is almost cardiac arrest, but his heart was shocked back into a normal rhythm. You didn’t hear this?
  12. It was almost Mark Langston also except for a well placed EMT and an even better placed automatic defibrillator
