This could be true but I think it's very possible only one Central team gets out of Round 1. I think Vegas will beat Dallas again and Vancouver shouldn't really have any problems with Nashville. That leaves the Jets/Avs serie. If the Avs get 4 .880 games from the goalies they'll win this. If not the Jets win by default

Yeah I don't see a need to rush it. With a 10 thousand seat arena for the next few years they need to get the branding just right

For better or worse, thanks to the slow development of some and the quick promotions of others, the Angels current roster has 7 of their own 1st round picks on it. Throw in an Adams call up at some point, Bachman returning from injury, and possibly another 1st rounder this year making the team and it could go as high as 10. Not terrible for a team that ranks at the bottom of every farm system ranking every year

Plugging up the middle is the Vegas model. If you're following the Avs model you need more players that can get the puck up the ice with pace and purpose

Ever since they got tossed out of Glendale it's been pretty obvious they weren't getting a rink any time soon. The Coyotes players might not be thrilled about moving but they should be over the moon about getting away from that ownership group. If they actually get awarded an expansion team the players union should go on work stoppage

Cats are incredibly skilled hunters. If they starve it's because some sadistic SOB had them declawed and overfed them for years on end but as the free market goes I feel like it's more of a myth than a reality
