    I was just thinking about this tonight and sadly it might be true that Canning gets optioned. I would rather see someone else sent down like Bard and Pena just be a regular long relief then need a opener just to keep Canning in the rotation.

    Anderson and Middleton are the only ones left to option once we option Morris back when Nitro returns. Every one else is a DFA when Wood returns.
