the indians have already commented on the plesac video, this send down is all part of "maturing" these guys into leaders. it's a "get your head right" lesson. my point being the indians aren't stupid, they're not trading either one this season. clevinger may get traded once he reaches that FA wheelhouse.

What exactly would a buy out look like?  They owe him the money.  With a year left there isn’t going to be a buyout.  The question is simply do the Angels have the nuts to just let him go and eat the money.

Without a team out there that needs a shortstop that is in the thick of the playoffs, Simmons has no trade value.  

I would take both of them any day of the week on the Angels.
