Perry spending all that money on the pen for it to still stink and only have what? 2 arms you actually feel somewhat good about. Ownership is an issue for any GM coming here which will hamstring a GM, but Perry's really done nothing to show that he deserves keeping his job after this season. Just not a whole lot to show from a player evaluation standpoint from him.

They battled, that's about all you can really ask for from them this year. They just aren't good, obviously. Them having only 1 series win, and it being vs the team with the worst record in MLB is further evidence of that. Won't be many series where the Angels will be rolling in with the talent advantage.

Dude's rocking a David Fletcher like average exit velo with a negative launch angle. I think he needs some more minor league time with a swing adjustment(and getting used to that) in all honesty

Yeah if there is one issue I've had so far early on it's this. This is the season to see what they have in some of these guys. Can we end the Hicks and Sano experiment already. Neither offers much of anything and they aren't any sort of piece for this team moving forward.

All in all I thought Soriano looked solid for the most part. Stuff looks good and he was getting swing and misses. That 1st inning was just weird.
