The Indians have declined the 2021 options for Carlos Santana ($17.5M), Brad Hand ($10M) and Domingo Santana ($5M), making them all free agents.

They picked up Roberto Pérez's option ($5.5M).

They owe Hand a $1M buyout, C. Santana a $500k buyout and D. Santana a $250k buyout.
