.@jonmorosi is reporting the Angels are in on Zach Wheeler (along with Padres, White Sox & Twins).

Should the Angels sign him, that would be a big boost to the rotation and doesn't take them out of Cole sweepstakes. Halos need two arms, they know that, they've said that.
