The Rangers have signed RHP Spencer Patton to a 2021 minor league contract with a spring training invitation. Patton spent the last 4 seasons with the NPB’s Yokohama Bay Stars in Japan, making 57 relief appearances in 2020. He pitched for the Rangers in 2014-15 and Cubs in 2016.
