The acquisition of veteran RHP Julio Teheran for $9 million, much like the Dylan Bundy signing, would be incremental upgrade for #Angels. Not a front-of-the-rotation hammer but better than most of what they have now. Rotation: Ohtani, Teheran, Bundy, Heaney, Canning, Sandoval?
