Quintana made just 1 start last year, but had made at least 31 in the previous 7 years. Quintana joins Bundy, Canning, Heaney and Ohtani. The #Angels still need more rotation depth/protection. Quintana is a contact pitcher, should be helped by expected strong LAA IF defense
