The Angels’ bullpen outlook has changed very quickly. Tonight they signed RH Steve Cishek & LH Tony Watson to $1M deals and announced Chris Rodriguez, 22, who has flashed really good stuff, made the team. If Felix Peña gets healthy & Ty Buttrey gets right, could be a good group.
