The Angels can have 25% capacity at Tempe Diablo Stadium this spring, according to the city of Tempe. That's about 1,800 to 2,000 fans.

Camelback Ranch officials are awaiting approval for their plans, but a similar percentage of capacity is expected (so about 3,000+ fans).
