I wonder what a TRUE team USA would do in this tournament. Verlander, Kershaw, Price, Weaver in the rotation. Trout, Hamilton, Kemp, Mccutchen and more in the lineup. Maybe next WBC.

Yeah, Hosmer batting against a lefty when he had a .594 OPS against them last year is a joke. Last chance here but man, this roster could have been made so much better. No goof pinch hitters to use off the bench.

I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. Yeah, this tournament isn't as good as it should be, but when the US isn't putting out anywhere near the best roster and still makes it this far, it just shows that we can easily win it all. One year I hope everyone says yes just to see the results.
