If he put those numbers up next year, imagine what he'll be doing when he reaches his peak years. 

 

I know his velo dropped but it's very odd to give up on a guy so soon.

The fact that he even reached the majors at 20-21 is a major accomplishment. The potential to be good is there. He's far from a finished product.
