Somebody on Twitter is bad at math and also doesn't realize that UW can spend absolute gobs of cash in the first place.

 

The buyout is just a formality, honestly. What is it, 1.5MM or something like that?

 

This is a great move for UW (unless it fails, obviously), but it's not like the buyout is likely to cover the difference between the two long term.
