If MLB puts a Cap on the bidding for TANAKA, like they are proposing. Then it is likely many teams will bid the max amount of money for TANAKA....then what happens? That has not been determined, however it is likely TANAKA will get to choose what team he wants to negotiate with. With that being said, It really comes down to where he wants to play and I have no reason to think he would or would not pick us....
