Just like last year pitching will be so expensive that I could see us signing more offense. The difference is we would be trading real solid players for that pitching so the upgrade in the rotation will be substantial, as opposed to Blanton and Hanson. I get that we would still have three players that can all play outfield, but the next guy off the bench is Shuck. I would have no problem with us signing a upper tier outfielder again if we trade those two.
