Lack of empathy.  To the extreme.

I got thru 5 questions on Adam's test and couldn't go on.

I'm lactose intolerant. I have no patience for lactose and I won't stand for it.

I make light of serious situations, like injury or tragedy. I'm pretty sure that makes people think I'm heartless.

One thing that I have actively worked on for years is removing the word 'hate' from my regular vocabulary . Like in simple sentences such as:

I hate that annoying receptionist

I hate such and such sports team

I hate it when X happens, or X does that.

I think people notice when you say that sort of stuff, especially if you do it often.
