Arab Mascot "offensive"

Personally, I wish the Angels would kill off the rally monkey and bring in the corpse of a catholic as their mascot. He's probably an Angel, if you believe in that sort of thing. They could do a "Weekend at Bernies" schtick with him.

I don't see it being any more offensive then this would be to an Irish person. 

 

 

 

I am of Irish descent, and I am offended by being associated with Notre Dame. I don't see any team called the Fighting Italians or the Fighting Germans. What's the deal? Besides, my ancestors were Irish Protestants.
