I like Arizona in the group. They have a ton of pitching and payroll flexibility to add offense.

The Yankees seem way to low as well. I call BS on their insistence to stay below the luxury tax threshold. They will also have $25 miion back in AAV when Arod loses his case.

Giants should be in the 1/25 range.

Angels should be in 1/16 tier.

Even including Arod.  The Yanks right now stand at $98 million in contracted players.  It's very possible for them to be under the tax this year.
