Only for Minnesota. Morris was 0-2 for Toronto in the 1992 WS.

 

In the 1984 series, when he was with Detroit, he won Games 1 and 4, but Aurelio Lopez won Game 5 (the clincher) in relief.

Jimmy Key won Game 6 in relief (entered in the 10th) in 1992 (for TOR). He also started game 4.

 

He started games 2 and 6 for the Yankees in 1996. Both series against the Braves.

In the 1972 WS, Catfish Hunter started (and won) game 2, started game 5 (ND), and won game 7 in relief for the A's.

 

He also started games 3 (ND) and 6 (W) in 1973, got the save in game 1, and started game 3 (W) in 1974 for the A's.

 

For the Yankees, Hunter started and lost game 2 in 1976, started and lost game 2 and relieved (7th inning) game 5 in 1977, started and lost game 2, but started and won game 6 in 1978. So he won the deciding game for two different teams, but once in relief (just like Key).
